Any voicemail, text, or electronic request for service requires a reply from AlphaHound, Inc. for confirmation of service.

All pick up/drop-off times that are delayed, due to the pet owner, are subject to additional AlphaHound, Inc. fees.

AlphaHound, Inc. reserves the right to pick up/drop off pets within a designated time frame, unless otherwise specified by owner.

AlphaHound, Inc. reserves the right to deny or terminate service due to safety concerns, financial issues and/or inappropriate and uncomfortable circumstances.

AlphaHound, Inc. is not responsible for fees incurred at any pick up/drop-off location (veterinarians, boarding facilities, etc.) Clients must make prior payment arrangements.

Client understands that pet accidents may occur while under that care of AlphaHound, Inc. Client recognized the benefits of AlphaHound, Inc. service for pets and accept potential risk. Client is responsible for veterinary or medical expenses incurred due to injury to or injury caused by the client’s pets.

Client authorizes AlphaHound, Inc. to engage veterinary services in the event the pet becomes ill or injured.

AlphaHound, Inc., its employees, owners and agents are waived and released from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage incurred while the pet participates in AlphaHound, Inc. services.

In the event of inclement weather, AlphaHound, Inc. reserves the right to adjust or cancel services.

Client grants to AlphaHound,Inc., its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of pets in connection with the above-identified subject. Client authorized AlphaHound, Inc. to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I understand that all rights to AlphaHound, Inc. photography and videography reserved and copyrighted for AlphaHound, Inc. use may not be reproduced without explicit permission.

AlphaHound, Inc. works very closely with clients on a personal and professional level to customize service for pets. And all professional and personal conversations will remain confidential between client and AlphaHound, Inc. agents to protect both parties’ privacy.

Suggestions and advice regarding client’s pets by AlphaHound, Inc. are based on experience and collaboration with multiple resources. Any and all advice should be discussed with the clients’’ veterinarian, trainer and/or family members to achieve successful results. AlphaHound, Inc. is not liable for suggestions and advice given. Each pet is different and only the clients can Asses what is best for their pet.

AlphaHound, Inc. reserves the right to add additional Daily Check-Ins at the client’s expense if pets are in need of additional time.

These agreements are applicable to all pets and animals in AlphaHound, Inc. care and is not limited to canines.

If a client’s invoice is ten days past due AlphaHound, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee.

Cancellation policies: One week notice is required for boarders. (14 days notice during holidays.) One week notice is required for cancellation of PackPlays, Transports, and Check-ins. (2 weeks notice is for holidays.) Due to the high demand and limited availability for services during the holidays, cancellations not made with the required advance notice are subject to full charge.
